Since my friend saw the notice stuck there with double sided tape, he felt insecure for the people who paste the thing there. Adding a few staples around it will secure the notice a bit.

Hypocrite
Please do not use staple on this notice board. Well... Using staple on the warning notice is not a very good idea.
